Completed on time and within budget in 2015 <br /> Force Main along Lochness Drive from PS No. 334 to NW 67th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida Performed a geotechnical engineering study for the construction of 8-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) Force Main in Loch Ness Drive from PS No. 334 to NW 67th Avenue as part of the PSIP in the Town of Miami Lakes. Provided report detailing information on groundwater and subsurface conditions as well as geotechnical recommendations regarding excavations, trench backfill, pavement design considerations, and lateral earth pressures (active, at-rest, and passive earth pressure). Completed <br />on time and within budget in 2014 <br /> <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />WITHIN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY <br />MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS & PARKS <br /> <br /> Trail Glades Shooting Range, Miami-Dade County, Florida. In 2008, TSF performed a geotechnical exploration for phase I of the Trail Glades Shooting Range located in Miami, Florida. The development consists of several structures including a club house, canopy, long houses, and roadway improvements. Field work included SPT borings, auger borings, Shelby Tube samples, and LBR test. Provided geotechnical evaluations and recommendations regarding site preparation for buildings and retaining walls, and roadway and parking options; foundation and floor slab recommendations. In 2010, TSF performed a geotechnical exploration for the construction of a force main that traverses along SW 8th St. and into the Trail Glades Shooting Range property. Field work included SPT borings. Provided geotechnical evaluations regarding subsurface and groundwater conditions. TSF also provided geotechnical recommendations for foundation design and excavations/backfill. In 2011, TSF provided geotechnical engineering services for the installation of sheet piles to facilitate the construction of a new culvert. Field work included SPT. Performed visual soil classification of collected soil samples. Provided geotechnical report with a summary of soil parameters that can be utilized to design the sheet pile. In 2009, TSF provided Construction Materials Testing and Laboratory Services for phase I of the Trail Glades Shooting Range project which consisted of the alteration of existing earth structures to form the barriers of an improved shooting range, and the demolition/removal of the existing shooting range canopy and platform to accommodate the improvements to the shooting range alignment and the construction of a new shooting range canopy. In 2013, TSF provided Construction Materials Testing services for the Infrastructure Improvements. This portion of the project consisted of a new lift station, road widening and new service road, installation of new utilities (force main, sanitary) and miscellaneous pads. In 2015, TSF provided Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services for the Culvert Replacement. This portion of the project consisted of the installation of a double barrel box culvert including sheet pile installation, utilities and roadway reconstruction. In 2016, TSF provided Construction Material Testing Services during the construction of a new restroom building & improvements to trap and skeet fields. The project included a new RV restroom building, RV dump station, shelter pavilions, parking lots, sidewalks, and curbs. The restroom facility will have an auger-cast pile foundation, slab-on-grade, CMU walls, and wood trusses. The shelter pavilions will be on a shallow foundation and steel columns. Site improvements are included with the addition of new sewer and waterlines. <br />27
