BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) TSF provided Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Vista Verde Phase 4 located in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida. The project consists of roadway and drainage improvements, and pavement design. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable construction and site development considerations. TSF’s geotechnical field study included auger borings, pavement cores and borehole permeability tests. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical evaluation and recommendations regarding excavations, trench backfill, and preconstruction conditions survey. <br />The project was completed on time and within budget in 2020 25.
