BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) TSF is currently providing QC Services for the Don Soffer School – Flashing Signals located in the City of Aventura, Florida. The project consists of the installation of drilled shafts along NE 213th Street intersection with NE 3100 Block and NE 3200 Block. TSF services include laboratory testing, and concrete sampling/testing, and reporting. Sampling and Laboratory Testing includes testing compressive strength concrete cylinders. CTQP Certified TSF technicians are conducting slump and temperature testing on concrete; molding compressive strength tests cylinders; sample pick-ups; and providing a Drilled Shaft Inspector to monitor drilled shaft operations. A TSF QC Manager is providing review of daily reports, project coordination and attending meetings as necessary. <br />The project is currently on-going 25.
