L St., 13th Ave. N. to Wellesley Dr.; N. K St., 13th Ave. N. to 16th Ave. N.; 14th Ave. N., N. K St. to N. J Terr.; 15th Ave. N., N. K St. to N. J Terr.; N. O St., 13th Ave. N. to 16th Ave. N; Vassar Dr., N. Federal Hwy to N. Lakeside Dr.; Bryn Mawr Dr., N. Federal Hwy to N Lakeside Dr.; 5 intersections (with Alleys at Federal Hwy and N. Lakeside Dr.); N. O St., 2nd Ave. N. to 5th Ave. N.; 3rd Ave. N., N. O St. to Lakeside Dr.; N Palmway, 3rd Ave. to 5th Ave. N.; 4th Ave. N., N. Federal Hwy to N. Palmway. Asphalt cores were obtained from the existing road. TSF provided a Pavement Evaluation Report which included the data collected during the initial site reconnaissance, pavement evaluation from the asphalt cores obtained and provided recommendations regarding reconstruction for the road at the referenced site. Completed on time and within budget in 2018 12-Inch Watermain Crossing over E-4 Canal, Lake Worth, Florida: Performed a Geotechnical Engineering Study for the water main crossing over E-4 Canal in Lake Worth, Florida. The project included installing a 12-inch water main crossing over E-4 Canal just north of Lake Worth Road. The purpose of the study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable construction and site development considerations. Field work included SPT borings and corrosion tests. Provided geotechnical evaluations and recommendations regarding excavations; trench backfill; lateral earth pressures; and Pile foundations. Completed on time and within budget in 2017 North J Street from 2nd Ave N to 8th Ave N, Lake Worth, Florida: Completed a pavement evaluation for North J Street from 2nd Ave N to 8th Ave N in Lake Worth, Florida. The evaluated section is approximately 0.5 miles long. Asphalt cores were obtained from the existing road. TSF provided a Pavement Evaluation Report which included the data collected during the initial site reconnaissance, pavement evaluation from the asphalt cores obtained and provided recommendations regarding reconstruction for the road at the referenced site. Completed on time and within budget in 2017 2-inch Watermain Replacement Program, Phase 3, Lake Worth, Florida: Provided geotechnical engineering services for a 2-inch water main replacement in the city of Lake Worth. Field work included SPT borings and pavement cores. TSF provided soil profile plan and pavement core data obtained during the subsurface exploration. Completed on time and within budget in 2018 Downtown Water Main, City of Lake Worth, Florida: Performed a subsurface exploration for the downtown water main replacement in the City of Lake Worth.
