BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, end cost) <br />The Town of Pembroke Park SW 52nd Avenue (North) Project was the second phase of a roadway and drainage project. <br />The project consisted of approximately 2,400 linear feet of new roadway (south of Hallandale Beach Boulevard), 2,200 <br />linear feet of 36" HOPE pipe and exfiltration trench and 14 inlets. The project was funded through a CDBG grant for <br />$844,200. The project included a change order for $580,000 when additional grant funds became available and the <br />scope of work expanded. Design fees for this project totaled $206,594.
