<br />Gomes Scope of Work: Survey, design, utility locates, preparation of construction plans and contract
<br />documents, permitting, bidding assistance, construction management and limited construction
<br />observation through project closeout/start-up services for the replacement of 2-inch galvanized
<br />steel water mains with 6-inch DIP at fifteen (15) different locations throughout the City including a
<br />total water main replacement of approximately 12,000 linear feet, GPR scanning, locates, test
<br />hole investigations, water service replacements, asbestos concrete pipe removal, fire hydrant
<br />replacement, fire hydrant spacing analysis and a valve shutdown plan.
<br />Pro/ect Challenges & Approach: The project area is discontinuous and the water main
<br />replacements are being made in a corridor that Is very congested with burled utilities.
<br />Comprehensive sub surface utility engineering was essential to determine a feasible new water
<br />main alignment. The project is being constructed in phases in order to minimize restoration
<br />Impacts at any given time. CAS is also coordinating closely with City staff to address any resident
<br />concerns or complaints during construction.

<br />service to the New Wastewater Treatment Plant, Sebring, Florida.

<br />project closeout/start-up services for the construction of 9,505 linear feet of 8"-1.0" force main
<br />and water main to the New Wastewater Treatment Plant site. The project was 100% SRF funded.
<br />This project was completed on time and within budget.

<br />JonesScope of Work: Survey, design, preparation of construction plans and contract documents,
<br />permitting, bidding, construction management through project closeout for the extension of the
<br />existing gravity sanitary sewer system at the Torry Island Campground and Marina. More
<br />specifically the project included expansion of the existing gravity sewer collection system with 1.31.
<br />sewer lateral connections to select campsites along Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, Main Street and
<br />Liars Island. Design included installation of a private duplex lift station, 1.52 linear feet of 2" PVC
<br />sewer force main, 1,546 linear feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer with 8 associated manholes.
<br />Additional improvements included electrical service upgrades and hose bib installations at each
<br />campsite. This project was completed on time and within budget.
