<br />liner (1/4 section of 12-inch ID smooth inner wall perforated black P.E. pipe}, 350 linear feet of
<br />PVC culverts, ten (10} concrete headwalls, one (1) drainage structure, 4,000 square yards of SOD
<br />and the regarding of 4,000 square yards of swale. The project also involved the relocation of
<br />existing utilities. This project was 100% grant funded and completed on time and within budget.

<br />Scope of Work: Survey, utility locates, design, stormwater modeling, cost estimating, contract
<br />document devel opment and permitting for road and drainage improvements along 17 4th Street
<br />which included reconstruction of existing roadway and drainage with a Hydrodynamic Separator
<br />(Downstream Defender) for water quality treatment and a Tideflex Checkmate Valve for tidal
<br />backflow prevention purposes, bike lanes, curbing, landscaping, parallel parking and traffic
<br />calming. The project achieved improved drainage and road pavement, reduction in traffic speed,
<br />enhanced pedestrian safety and street aesthetics. The project schedule was extended due to
<br />owner Initiated change orders In the amount of $765,536.13.

<br />Scope of Work: Survey and design of a stormwater management system to serve an existing 1.2
<br />acre commercial/residential flood prone area in the Town of Pembroke Park. Proposed
<br />improvements included 2,050 linear feet of roadway improvements by re-grading the existing
<br />roadway from a crowned road to an inverted crown section and included addition of approximately
<br />1,800 linear feet of exfiltration trench. Additional project related responsi bilities included
<br />pavement marking & signage, permitting, cost estimating and preparation of the construction
<br />contract documents and bidding services. Construction services were also provided and included
<br />shop drawing reviews, review and approval of pay requests, general construction management,
<br />field inspections to review Contractor installation of proposed work and final certification to all
<br />regulatory agencies through project close-out. This project was completed on time and within
<br />budget.
