KeenerScope of Work: Survey, design, stormwater modeling, cost estimating, contract document <br />development and permitting for the construction of a 70 acre stormwater treatment area (STA) to <br />provide additional water quality treatment benefits prior to discharging into Arbuckle Creek and <br />provide added storage during rain events thus reducing flooding. Secured grants for this project <br />were as follow: State Appropriation $416,000 and two 319 FDEP grants $1,250,000. The projectwas completed on time and within budget. <br />Design Cost: $462,560Construction Cost: $3,304,579 <br />•VIiiage of El Portal Sanitary Sewer Master Plan, El Portal, Florida <br />Status: Completed 2017 <br />Prime Consultant: CAS <br />Key CAS Staff: Stephen C. Smith, Orlando Rubio, Greg Giarratana, Al Caruso, Robert D. KeenerScope of Work: The Sanitary Sewer Master Plan was a comprehensive report to define prior ity <br />areas and determined corrective actions required to convert from a decentralized wastewater <br />treatment system (septic system) to a new sanitary sewer gravity collection system with lift <br />stations. The Master Plan also included a comprehensive survey base map for the entire village, <br />hydraulic sewer modeling and the overall design of eighteen phases of construction. The sanitary <br />sewer systems were developed using best management practices, current levels of service, and <br />investigated various funding sources. The Master Plan was completed on time and within budget. <br />Project Cost: $75,000 <br />•Village of Biscayne Park Stonnwater Master Plan, Biscayne Park, Rorlda <br />Status: Completed 2016 <br />Prime Consultant: CASKey CAS Staff: Gene R. Schriner, Orlando Rubio, Albert J. Caruso, Robert KeenerScope of Work: The Stormwater Master Plan was a comprehensive report to define priority areas, <br />determined corrective actions required to resolve flooding conditions and established a level of <br />service. The Master Plan also included a comprehensive survey base map for the entire village <br />including stormwater modeling and the design of five stormwater networks that would take into <br />account future sea level rising. The stormwater systems were developed using best management <br />practices while addressing water quality and water quantity concerns. The estimated total cost of <br />the village's stormwater improvements were estimated at $13.08 Million. The Master Plan was <br />completed on time and within budget.Project Cost: $134,500 <br />..
