Caruso, Orlando Rubio, James F. <br />Driscoll, Robert KeenerScope of Work: A comprehensive CIP project within the Village included roadway and stormwater <br />elements that identified and determined corrective actions required to resolve existing flooding <br />conditions throughout the Village. The Master Plan included preliminary survey and calculations, <br />drainage and roadway design that would take into account future sea level rising, and preliminary <br />cost estimates in the development of new stormwater systems, through best management <br />practices, while addressing water quality and water quantity concerns. The estimated total cost of <br />Village-wide road and stormwater improvements was $15.9 Million.
