The scope of work included surveying of the project area including preparation of conveyance/maintenance easements for all identified conveyances, a detailed stormwater modeling analysis, preparation of a conceptual plan with phasing and a final engineering report. Total cost for survey, hydraulic analysis, conceptual design, and final engineering report was $138,360. The project began in July 2015 and was completed on time in April 2017. Total design costs for the project improvements including construction manageme nt was $166,938. The initial construction cost was $914,589 with County requested change orders totaling $1,353,913 for additional stormwater improvements for a total construction cost of $2,268,502. The project began in April 9, 2015 and was completed in March 17, 2016 without liquidated damages. This NRCS project was a 75/25 match that involved debris removal from rip-rap rock bank stabilization to prevent erosion due to Tropical Storm Isaac. Total design costs for the project was $25,000. Total construction cost was $500,000. The project began in January 2014 and was completed in March 2014 on time and without liquidated damages.
