The scope of work <br />included surveying of the project area including preparation of conveyance/maintenance easements for all <br />identified conveyances, a detailed stormwater modeling analysis, preparation of a conceptual plan with phasing <br />and a final engineering report. Total cost for survey, hydraulic analysis, conceptual design, and final engineering <br />report was $138,360. Total <br />design costs for the project improvements including construction manageme nt was $166,938. The initial <br />construction cost was $914,589 with County requested change orders totaling $1,353,913 for additional <br />stormwater improvements for a total construction cost of $2,268,502. This NRCS project <br />was a 75/25 match that involved debris removal from rip-rap rock bank stabilization to prevent erosion due to <br />Tropical Storm Isaac. Total design costs for the project was $25,000. Total construction cost was $500,000. The <br />project began in January 2014 and was completed in March 2014 on time and without liquidated damages.
