CAS has over 40 years of experience and <br />understanding of the regulations and statutes in South Florida and as they pertain to utility and <br />infrastructure projects in Miami-Dade County. Permitting Agency Coordination which includes <br />compliance with the necessary regulations and proper communication with agencies is an important <br />aspect of any project. Coordinating with permitting agencies during the early stages of the project to <br />identify any "permitting challenges" that may impact the schedule of the project is very important. <br />CAS's experience and relationships with local regulatory agencies combined with a proactive approach <br />will ensure each project is permitted in a timely manner. Coordination with pertinent regulatory <br />agencies for projects under this contract may include but not be limited to the Miami-Dade Water and <br />Sewer Department.
