(SRS) was responsible for the engineering <br />design, preparation of construction documents, plans permitting <br />(Miami-Dade County Public Works, DERM, SFWMD, and FDOT), <br />pre-construction phase support services to the City of Hialeah for <br />the construction of NW 138th Street between I-75 and NW 107th <br />Avenue. The work contained the preparation of construction <br />documents for the construction of drainag e improvements, <br />street lighting and signalization, together with the design of a <br />new 50’ wide canal comprising culverts and a canal wall beside <br />the north side of NW 138th Street between NW 97th Avenue and <br />I-75. The new design includes a 6-lane divided roadway, double <br />left turns and deceleration lanes, and signalized intersections at <br />NW 97th Avenue, NW 102nd Avenue, and NW 107th Avenue. <br /> <br />Construction administration support and inspection services <br />during the construction consisted of review shop drawings, <br />respond to RFIs, review payment request, conduct periodic <br />inspections, and engineer certifications. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
