Hialeah Palms - 114-acre multi-use urban design neighborhood comprised of 933 residential units, <br />together with multifamily, townhouses, and single-family homes, as well as 9.5-acre wetland and a 5.8- <br />acre of parks and green areas in Hialeah Annex Area. <br />Coral Keys Homes – A 44-acre multi-family/townhome development comprised of 614 townhouse <br />units. The project is located north of E Palm Drive (SW 344th Street) and SW 172nd Avenue in Florida <br />City. SRS services comprised of the civil design of all on-site roadways, paving, grading, drainage, <br />storm water management systems, on-site lake and wetlands, on-site water and sewer systems, design <br />of off-site water and sewer systems, in addition to the design of SW 172nd Avenue roadway between <br />Palm Drive and NW 7th Street. Other services encompassed contracting and coordinating all <br />topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations, in addition to all environmental studies such as <br />wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permit. <br />Flagler Global Logistics Countyline Project- One of the largest local commercial/industrial land <br />development projects, totaling over 2000- <br />acres, consisting of 504-acres and <br />approximately 8.3 million square feet of <br />warehouse/office buildings located within <br />the City of Hialeah annex area. Project <br />involved water and sewer master planning <br />for the overall site that will contain three City <br />of Hialeah sewer pump stations, <br />approximately 37,500 LF of gravity sewer <br />mains, 6,500 LF of sanitary sewer force <br />mains and 30,175 LF of 12-inch to 16-inch <br />water mains within the public right-of-way. <br />Other services were design of roadway <br />improvements along adjacent portions of <br />NW 97th Avenue, NW 102nd Avenue, NW <br />158th Street and NW 162nd Street. <br />EXPERIENCE PROVIDING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES <br />In addition to our firm’s vast experience designing local roadway and site/land improvement projects, <br />our firm also specializes in providing municipalities with construction administration support services <br />and construction engineering inspection (CEI) services. Our most recent relevant experience consists <br />of several roadway and drainage improvement projects/contracts for Miami-Dade County Public Works, <br />DERM, City of Miami, City of Hialeah, and as Construction Consultants to the Naranja Lakes CRA. <br />Among these projects were the NW 3rd Street and SW 69th Street Storm Sewer Projects for the City of <br />Miami Office of Capital Improvements, which had a combined construction cost of $2.3 million in <br />roadway restorations, Pinehurst Storm Sewer Retrofitting Project that involved roadway restoration and <br />drainage improvements with a construction cost of <br />$1.6 million, and Avalon Storm Sewer Project that <br />had both roadway restoration and drainage <br />improvements with an estimated construction cost of <br />over $3 million. Recently, our firm has been <br />contracted to provide CEI services to several FDOT <br />ARRA (LAP) projects for the City of Hialeah, Coral <br />Gables, and Miami-Dade County. <br />63
