<br />City of Hialeah- NW 97th Avenue Senior Project Manager in charge of the design, preparation of
<br />construction documents, plans permitting, and provide pre-construction phase support services to
<br />the City of Hialeah for the construction of W. NW 97th Avenue between NW 154th Street to W 170th
<br />Street. The Project is a Joint Party Agreement (JPA) between the City of Hialeah and Miami Dade
<br />County PWD. Tasks included meeting with City of Hialeah staff and local regulatory agencies to
<br />establish design guidelines, conduct a utility search and identification of existing utilities, and
<br />review roadway design standards; designed and preparation of construction documents for the
<br />project that included the preparation of summary of quantities, roadway plan and profiles, roadway
<br />drainage, signage and marking plans, roadway lighting, MOT plan, specifications, and engineer’s
<br />estimate of probable construction cost. Other responsibilities included coordinating land
<br />development projects within the corridor, topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations,
<br />and all environmental studies including wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permit.
<br />Permitting included all applicable regulatory agencies including City of Hialeah, SFWMD, USACE,
<br />DERM, and MDPWD.
<br />City of Miami- NE 2nd Avenue Jean-Claude is the Senior Project Manager for the professional
<br />engineering services for the Design/Build of the NE 2nd Avenue Improvements starting at NE 69th
<br />Street all the way through to NE 84th Street, located in the City of Miami. Some of the elements of
<br />this project included the design and planning of the roadway, the drainage, signing and pavement
<br />markings, as well as the street lighting and signalization. All plans and design documents required
<br />to be prepared with accordance with all applicable City of Miami manuals and guidelines.
<br />City of Hialeah- W 53rd Street The work done at City of Hialeah for W 53rd Street between W 12th
<br />Avenue and W 16th Avenue, also fell under the Design/Build management projects of Mr.
<br />Fontaneau. This project needed to be approved by both City of Hialeah and FDOT. There were
<br />several meetings to attend, contracting and coordinating with Surveyors and geotechnical test labs.
<br />Inspection, reviews and visits were preformed and again design and planning of roadway, drainage
<br />systems, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, driveways, along with roadway markings, handicap ramps,
<br />signage and any other necessary roadway undertaking.
<br />City of Doral- NW 58th Street Project Manager overseeing the design, preparation of construction
<br />documents, plan permitting, and pre-construction phase support services to the Miami Dade
<br />County for the re- construction of NW 58th Street between NW 138th Street and NW 97th Avenue
<br />and SR-826. The project consisted of a 4-lane roadway with center median. The Project tasks
<br />encompassed meeting with City of Doral staff and local regulatory agencies to establish design
<br />guidelines, conduct a utility search and identification of existing utilities and traffic controls, and
<br />review roadway design standards; as well as design and preparation of construction documents
<br />for the project that consisted of preparation of summary of quantities, roadway plan and profiles,
<br />roadway drainage, signage and marking plans, MOT plan, specifications, and engineer’s estimate
<br />of probable construction cost. Other responsibilities included coordinating all topographical
<br />surveys and geotechnical investigations, and all environmental studies including wetland
<br />mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permitting. Permitting involved all applicable regulatory
<br />agencies including MD DERM and MDPWD.
