Mr. Rodriguez <br />proficiency ranges in an array of areas including planning, design, construction <br />and managerial for both the private and public sectors. <br />Key Projects <br />Miami-Dade County, FL- NW 137th Avenue from NW 14th Street to NW 17th Street <br />Director overseeing a new four-lane divided roadway design and planning. Roadway <br />elements comprise of pavement, subsurface elements, pavement markings, traffic <br />signal at 137th Ave and NW 12th Street, street lighting, and wetlands mitigation area <br />adjacent to the roadway. Additional tasks involved drainage system that required <br />French drains and solid interconnected pipes, a canal culvert of 120” DIA, relocation <br />of FPL power lines for both distributions and transmission poles. On top of a new <br />railroad crossing at NW 137th Avenue and NW 12th Street. <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County, FL- NW 17th Street from NW 127th Avenue to NW 137th <br />Avenue Director in-charge of new four-lane divided roadway design and planning. <br />Task performed for upgraded roadway consisted of water and sewer lines, gravity and <br />force main, pavement, subsurface elements, pavement markings, and street lighting. <br />Furthermore, approach needed French drains and solid interconnected pipes, traffic <br />signal at NW 127th Avenue and NW 17th Street, and then a railroad crossing at NW <br />127th Avenue and NW 17th Street. <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County, FL- NW 14th Street from NW 132nd Avenue to NW 137th <br />Avenue Director managing the design of a two-lane roadway and planning. The <br />roadway details encompassed water and sewer lines such as gravity, force main and <br />new sanitary pump station, drainage system with French drains and solid <br />interconnected pipes, pavement markings, pavement and subsurface elements. In <br />addition to wetlands mitigation area adjacent to the roadway <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County, FL- NW 127th Avenue from NW 12th Street to SW 8th Street <br />Director responsible for four-lane roadway design and planning. Roadway design <br />required drainage system of French drains and solid interconnected pipes, pavement <br />and subsurface elements, pavement markings, and street lighting. Furthermore, an <br />installation of a traffic signal at NW 127th Avenue and NW 12th Street, as well as <br />railroad crossing at NW 127th Ave and NW 12th Street. <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County, FL- NW 132nd Avenue from North of MDX 836 -137th Avenue <br />Extension to NW 17th Street Director directing a new two- lane roadway design and <br />planning. Aspects of roadway incorporated the water and sewer lines such as gravity, <br />force main and new sanitary, pavement, subsurface elements, pavement markings, <br />and street lighting.
