As a Senior <br />Project Manager, he has provided complete project services, from program management to planning and <br />design through permitting and construction for a diverse array of Public and Private Infrastructure projects. As <br />a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, he has been responsible for route/right-of-way, boundary, construction, <br />topographic, and geodetic control surveys for cellular towers, transportation projects and commercial and <br />residential developments. Mr. Hadad’s expertise in resolution of complex boundary and title problems has <br />established him as an expert witness. Mr. Hadad’s overall experience and expertise gives him the ability to <br />trouble shoot every facet of a project from the field to the office, making him an ideal Project Manager <br />Relevant Project Experience <br /> <br />Medley Flood Mitigation, Town of Medley, Medley, Florida. Surveying and S.U.E. services for <br />the project known as the “Flood Mitigation South” to establish horizontal and vertical controls on <br />the proposed route. Established benchmarks and control points along route. Services includ e <br />the creation of a master horizontal control file that will be used throughout the planning and <br />design of the roadway alignment. The deliverable included the location of the existing right -of- <br />way lines for portion of the intersecting roadways that fall with the project limits. <br />Route Survey and Topography survey. Surface evidence of underground utilities, including wells <br />and septic tanks, will be located. All commercial buildings will be located along the proposed <br />route. Invert elevations and pipe sizes will be obtained on all structures along the proposed route. <br />The Surveyor will provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services within the corridor <br />limits. Identify all utilities in the corridor; researched Utility Permits applications, Sunshine State <br />One Call, Design Location Survey, and existing utility as-built plans. <br />Services have been provided from September 2016 – present. <br /> <br />Legion Park Improvements, Miami, FL: Land surveying and mapping services for the Legion <br />Park Improvements located at 6447 NE 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33138.
