<br />Daniel Davila, P.E. has over 20 years of civil engineering experience. His experience
<br />includes water and wastewater facilities, facilities planning, utilities master
<br />planning, infrastructure renewal, construction management, and rate and fi nancial
<br />studies. Mr. Davila has assisted numerous clients that range from municipalities,
<br />counties, federal agencies, healthcare districts, residential developers, and
<br />commercial developers to educational institutions. He has been the contract
<br />manager for small projects as well as large complex projects, managing millions
<br />of dollars in design fees and several subconsultants.
<br />Patrick D Kaimrajh, P.E. serves as a senior engineer for CMA and specializes in civil
<br />engineering design, drafting, permitting, and construction inspection. His 11 years
<br />of design experience includes paving, drainage and stormwater management,
<br />sanitary sewer and stormwater pump stations, watermain, site development, and
<br />neighborhood improvement projects. He has prepared engineering drawings,
<br />cost evaluations, design reports, and various permit applications. In addition,
<br />Mr. Kaimrajh has performed construction inspections for drainage, watermain,
<br />sanitary sewer, and pavement. He also is skilled in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, EPA
<br />SWMM, Cascade, HY-8, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and StormCAD modeling and
<br />design software
<br />Nicholas Karpathy, ENV SP serves as Associate Engineer in CMA’s Miami offi ce.
<br />His experience includes reviewing drainage shop drawings; creating take-
<br />off s for drainage structure installations; managing heavy equipment usage,
<br />transportation, maintenance and repairs; and creating construction plans for
<br />assembly of retaining walls
<br />Joel Browney, P.E. is a senior engineer in our Fort Lauderdale offi ce and
<br />is responsible the design and permitting for site development and utility
<br />infrastructure improvements for both public and private clients. Additionally, Mr.
<br />Brownsey has experience in utility coordination and construction engineering
<br />support for neighborhood improvement projects and utility transmission and
<br />distribution installation projects.
<br />Michael Buick, P.E. is responsible for designing stormwater management systems
<br />(paving, grading and drainage) and water and sewer connections for residential
<br />and utility site development projects including design calculations, running fl ood
<br />routing models, drafting design drawings with AutoCAD, coordinating design with
<br />other involved disciplines, calculating opinion of probable costs, and writing Basis
<br />of Design Reports. Mr. Buick has coordinated site development projects with
<br />numerous permit agencies throughout South Florida including, FDEP, SFWMD,
<br />US ACOE, and various County and City agencies. Mr. Buick also has extensive
<br />experience working on projects in environmentally sensitive areas including
<br />wetlands and coastal areas.
