<br />Jose McCray is a senior inspector for CMA. Mr. McCray has over 35 years of
<br />construction experience, from surveying through project management. His
<br />present responsibilities include coordination and monitoring of construction
<br />activities including governmental projects and site development for residential,
<br />commercial, and industrial use projects. He serves as liaison to owners, contractors,
<br />subcontractors, residents, and governmental agencies. Additional responsibilities
<br />include overseeing the review/processing of change orders, progress payments
<br />and reports, and representation of owners and engineers at pre-construction
<br />meetings and other related conferences.
<br />Manuel Caamano is a construction specialist with over 15 years of project
<br />experience. His responsibilities include coordination and monitoring of
<br />construction activities including governmental projects and site development for
<br />residential, commercial and industrial use projects. He serves as liaison to owners,
<br />contractors, subcontractors, residents and governmental agencies. Additional
<br />responsibilities include overseeing the review/processing of change orders,
<br />progress payments and reports, and representation of owners and engineers at
<br />pre-construction meetings and other related conferences.
<br />Carlos Tijerino has 11 years of experience in the fi eld civil engineering with a focus
<br />on construction managements. His expertise includes project administration,
<br />procurement, and construction management of site development projects and
<br />structural restoration projects. He has experience with generating a cost savings,
<br />regulatory compliance, increased profi t margin, quality control and assurance
<br />and noticeable safety successes. Mr. Tijerino will provide engineering design and
<br />construction support on any site development projects or any seawall restoration
<br />projects under this contract.
