The project consists of the design, permitting and construction administration effort for the replacement and <br />upsizing of just under 1,600 LF of existing gravity sewer (8”/10” VCP per City of Coral Gables As-builts to 12”) in an existing <br />commercial district in the City of Coral Gables in support of a development located on the corner of Altara Avenue and LeJeune <br />Road by the Astor Companies. CMA was responsible for providing Land Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering, Subsurface <br />Utility Engineering Services; Utility Coordination and Preliminary Design; Final Engineering; Government Permitting; and <br />Construction Observation and Administration Assistance.
