<br />condition assessment, utility coordination, design, permitting, and public information. The design was completed on an
<br />accelerated schedule to fulfill the City's bond requirements. Cost: $ 5,598,234.25; Fee: $ 407,385.00

<br />reclaimed water distribution in the City of Lighthouse Point. The design is part of the City of Pompano Beach reclaimed water
<br />system expansion and it is located adjacent, just immediately south of the BCWWS North County Reclaimed Water expansion
<br />project. Fee: $ 35,900

<br />Sr. Engineer. CMA was responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration for the relocation of the existing LS
<br />21 (master pump station) serving a majority of the City of Pompano Beach barrier island. After completing the Basis of Design
<br />Report, Chen Moore and Associates proposed a variety of options to handle the approximately 4,700 GPM existing flow and
<br />conducted follow-up odor studies for specific design purposes. The design options included in-line booster and submersible
<br />pumps with variable frequency drives and liquid and vapor phase treatments. Additional concerns included odor control,
<br />dewatering contamination and electrical supply and generation. The final design a submersible lift station coupled with biological
<br />vapor phase odor control and strategic chemical liquid phase odor control. Cost: $ 3,400,000; Fee: $ 533,724
