<br />Services include utility coordination, schematic and final design phases, government permitting, bidding assistance, construction
<br />administration and statements of work completion. The final design included approximately 2,060 LF of exfiltration trench,
<br />approximately 3,750 LF of solid stormwater pipe, 54 inlets and 5 control structures which discharge via existing outfalls. Fee:

<br />Sr. Engineer. CMA provided civil engineering services for sewer improvements along the corridor of Bird Road (SW 40th Street)
<br />from Red Road (SW 57th Avenue) to Ludlam Road (SW 67th Avenue) within the commercial corridor, on both sides of the street,
<br />utilizing low pressure sewer design concepts. The project intended to connect various small commercial sites on both sides of
<br />the Bird Road Corridor, as well as the shopping center at the northwest corner of Red Road and Bird Road and nearby David
<br />Fairchild Elementary School, all of which are currently served by septic systems. The project included an initial engineering
<br />analysis phase with the preparation of a technical memorandum with options and recommendations for pump strategy, small and
<br />large pump station selection, power, maintenance, permitting considerations, etc Cost: $ 2,019,686.00; Fee: $ 199,186.50.

<br />Sr. Engineer. Mr. Buick worked as part of the design team for the right-of-way improvement project for the City of Miami Beach.
<br />He oversaw the design, permitting and bidding of the proposed project. 9A description: CMA was the prime consultant and is
<br />responsible for providing surveying, planning, geotechnical investigation, design, permitting, preparation of construction
<br />documents, bid and award and construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for infrastructure improvements within the
<br />public right-of-way (ROW) areas of the City Center neighborhood of Miami Beach. The project encompasses approximately
<br />24,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements including: 8,700 LF of 8-inchwater main replacements; sewer improvements,
<br />stormwater drainage improvements; paving & grading; roadway/traffic improvements (streets, sidewalks, curb and gutter,
<br />drainage, traffic control devices including striping, signing and channelization); streetscaping and landscaping enhancements;
<br />decorative, landscape and roadway lighting improvements; and roadway reconstruction. Cost: 21,200,000.00; Fee: $
