<br />Mr. McCray is a senior inspector for Chen Moore and Associates. Mr. McCray has nearly 40 years of construction experience, from

<br />Sr. Construction Specialist. CMA provided civil engineering and landscape architecture for the utility infrastructure and roadway
<br />reconstruction of two islands (Sunset Islands 3 and 4) off the Miami Beach west coast, along the inter-coastal waterway. The
<br />project consists of the replacement of 8" potable water mains, the lining of existing sanitary sewer mains, a completely new storm
<br />water drainage system, including discharge pumps and outfalls, the undergrounding of all existing overhead utilities, new service
<br />connections to all properties, complete roadway reconstruction and grading with new pavement section and curb, landscaping,
<br />signage and striping. Cost: $7.75 million; Fee: $790,153.76

<br />the most recent Town of Miami Lakes Stormwater Master Plan. The drainage basins total approximately 20 acres of an existing
<br />residential neighborhood near Lakes Sarah, Adele, Suzie and Hilda in southern Miami Lakes near Miami Lakeway South and
<br />Ludlam Road. Services include utility coordination, schematic and final design phases, government permitting, bidding
<br />assistance, construction administration and statements of work completion. The final design included approximately 2,060 LF of
<br />exfiltration trench, approximately 3,750 LF of solid stormwater pipe, 54 inlets and 5 control structures which discharge via existing
<br />outfalls. Fee: 116,155.00

<br />project for Coral Gables. The project consists of the design, permitting and construction administration effort for the replacement
<br />and upsizing of just under 1,600 LF of existing gravity sewer (8”/10” VCP per City of Coral Gables As-builts to 12”) in an existing
<br />commercial district in the City of Coral Gables in support of a development located on the corner of Altara Avenue and LeJeune
<br />Road by the Astor Companies. CMA was responsible for providing Land Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering, Subsurface
<br />Utility Engineering Services; Utility Coordination and Preliminary Design; Final Engineering; Government Permitting; and
<br />Construction Observation and Administration Assistance. Fee: $ 24,900.00

<br />and geotechnical exploration; survey/as-built drawing review from local utilities; civil engineering regarding the site and initial site
<br />plan; and design and plan preparation including the demolition, earthwork, paving, grading, drainage, water, signing and marking,
<br />details, specifications and stormwater pollution prevention plans. Cost: $90,000; Fee: $40,435

<br />improvements to the existing water distribution system, sanitary sewer system, and transmission systems within the project area
<br />along with the restoration of surface areas disturbed for the construction of said improvements. All projects combined a total area
<br />of over 1000 acres within multiple cities. The project is currently under construction, in which CMA is performing construction
