<br />Mr. Price is an exemplary team leader who also manages the Scheduling and Cost Estimating of all kinds of projects projects, to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects within budget. He has successfully managed and led teams through various complex Architectural and Engineering, Planning and Consulting project types using different delivery methods.
<br />BEA Architects is currently performing courtyard renovations to the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami, FL. Some of the improvements include the select demolition, the removal and replacement of the existing canopy fabric to install a removable turnbuckle canopy system; the removal of the existing paver system for a new permeable paver system.
<br />BEA Architects is currently making improvements to the existing Banquet Hall and renovations to the Club House of the Miccosukee Golf and Country Club in Miami, FL. BEA provided construction drawings for the renovations of the Banquet Hall, the covered walkway connecting to the Banquet Hall, and the Club House, plus the addition of a new Pro Shop.
<br />As part of the Professional Architectural and Engineering Continuing Services Contract, BEA Architects engaged in a new Task Order for Architectural and Engineering Services to prepare Bid and Permit Documents for repairs at the Layton Transfer Station, Long Key, FL. BEA is providing complete architectural and engineering services, including Pre-Design, Construction Documents, Bidding, Permitting and Construction Administration.

<br />Complete architectural and engineering services for a new, two-story dock-master building offering offices, a multipurpose room, restrooms, and a laundry facility for boaters renting slips in the marina. The 3,000-SF structure boasting Art Deco Revival style is located on a small key between Miami’s mainland and Miami Beach. Site improvements include replacing light poles and all new landscaping.

<br />BEA Architects designed a new mooring bollards and apron improvements. BEA’s scope of work included the replacement of concourse egress stairs, audiovisual systems, mechanical systems, and lightning protection systems. Electrical improvements were also made, along with a new entrance for canopies. BEA also made general building envelope repairs, including sliding glass doors and water intrusion repairs.
