<br />BEA Architects was contracted by the City of Miami Beach to design a fully enclosed, air conditioned modern facility with new interior finishes, new lighting, impact resistant windows, new reception area, offices, conference room, flexible casual seating, enhanced security and a contemporary retail environment. The project was completed within the City’s budget and time schedule, without disruption to the Tennis Center’s ongoing operations.

The project was completed within the City’s budget and time schedule, without disruption to the Tennis Center’s ongoing operations.
<br />As part of an Architectural Continuous Service Contract with the City of Miami Beach, BEA Architects provided Architectural and Engineering Services for Interior Tenant Improvements to the City of Miami Beach Historic City Hall. Some of the interior improvements include the replacement of new flooring, new floor base, and the replacement of existing ceiling tiles that were damaged or worn. BEA also was responsible for Permitting and preparing and issuing Bid Documents, as well as providing Construction Administration services and Project Close-out.

<br />BEA Architects was hired by the City of Hallandale Beach to provide conceptual design at selected sites along Foster Road to articulate the City's vision. The City envisioned the creation of a mixed-use residential and commercial facility that brings together new market-rate housing, retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The design features the creative use of "shipping containers" to realize quick, cost-efficient design solutions in a dynamic urban setting.
<br />Mr. Trujillo served as the Claims Reviewer for the Southport Phase IX project. He reviewed project documents, contracts and records to prevent unnecessary contractor claims. BEA Architects provided planning, architecture, civil and environmental engineering, electrical engineering and surveying services for the design of a new cargo container yard at Port Everglades Southport. The new container yard planned and designed by BEA is part of an integrated expansion of the Port Everglades Southport Master Plan.
