<br />Mr. Dantes has over 30 years of experience in the fields of construction engineering
<br />and inspection for municipal environmental and infrastructure projects. These projects
<br />have included civil works, water lines, earthwork, drainage, buildings, and stake works.
<br />He has been responsible for construction inspection, on-site coordination, site
<br />investigations, scheduling, review of site plans and specifications, and overall
<br />construction. Relevant Experience

<br />Pump Station Improvement Program, Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department,
<br />FL. Under the terms of the consent decree, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department
<br />(MDWASD) launched the PSIP an estimated $215M program including 153
<br />upgrade/refurbish projects (118 sewage pump stations and 35 Force Mains) for
<br />compliance with the NAPOT of less than 10hrs as well as requirements for rain
<br />dependent peak flows. Nova is Program Manager responsible for project prioritization
<br />and preliminary evaluation, design flow criteria including I/I reduction, upgrade plan,
<br />equipment selection, coordination with utilities including FPL, design management and
<br />review, scheduling and cost estimating, value engineering and constructability review,
<br />and construction management and inspection including health and safety and
<br />public/stakeholder outreach. The PSIP has won several awards, met all EPA deadlines
<br />avoiding penalties and saved ~$37M (~17%) through implementation of value
<br />engineering ideas. Mr. Dantes served as Field Construction Engineer and document
<br />control assistant responsible for daily construction inspection, maintaining shop
<br />drawings and RFI logs, distribution of submittals for designer’s review and coordination
<br />between designer and contractor for resolution of construction related issues.

<br />claims.

<br />C-44 System Discharge & Stormwater Treatment Areas, South Florida Water Management District, FL. The C-44
<br />Reservoir/STA project is a component of the Indian River Lagoon-South (IRL-South) Project under the Comprehensive Everglades
<br />Restoration Plan. The C-44 project consists of a reservoir and stormwater treatment areas (STAs) located on an approximately 12,000
<br />acre site. Mr. Dantes serves as Construction Field Representative responsible for on-site observations, preparation of daily reports.

<br />South Miami Heights Site Improvement, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, FL. The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer
<br />Department (WASD) requested engineering services in connection with the relocation of the Division staff from their existing offices
<br />at the South District Wastewater Treatment Plant (SDWWTP) to a new trailer complex to be located at the South Miami Heights Water
<br />Treatment Plant (SMHWTP) site. This project involves providing engineering design services related to general civil, drainage,
<br />electrical site lighting, parking, site striping and overall site plan. As Field Engineer, Mr. Dantes was responsible for conducting field
<br />observations.
<br />42” Water Transmission Main, Downtown Miami-Dade, County, FL. This project involves the design of a 42” water transmission
<br />main between the intersection of Biscayne Blvd. and NW 5th Street and PortMiami. Nova was tasked to provide traffic control and/or
<br />MOT plans in accordance with FDOT and Municipalities and deliver 100 % design of utility relocations and Venturi flow meter station,
<br />piping, structural and details, as well as review and approval of up to 15 Shop Drawings, review of any change order requests and
<br />as-Built Certification. Nova is currently working on the Construction Engineering and Inspection of this project, responsible for
