<br />Project Manager who was responsible for the lighting design calculations and lighting plans; signing, marking and channelization plans as well.
<br />The scope of this project consisted of roadway reconstruction an d some milling and resurfacing of a two-lane road, curb and gutter type F,
<br />valley gutter, new sidewalks, on-street parking, exfiltration drainage systems, storm sewers, sodding, signing, pavement markings, and
<br />roadway lighting. This is part of the continuous neighborhood improvement program the City has been conducting for years. Under this
<br />program RJ Behar has completed more than 50 miles of City street improvements. Cost/Fees Paid: $50,038; Construction Cost: $1,110,000.

<br />within the City of Lauderhill. The project included decorative elements to the existing asphalt jogging path/trail on the east side of the corridor,
<br />along three sections of NW 35th Avenue. As part of the community enhancement features project, there were pedestrian and bicy cle
<br />improvements, decorative lighting, ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, landscaping, irrigation, roadway signage, pavement markings,
<br />including bicycle lane striping, and street furniture. This is a FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) Project. Project Length: .569 Miles
