<br />Association of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico, Florida Chapter (CIAPR). He was recognized as the Distinguished Engineer in
<br />2014 by the Florida Chapter of the CIAPR. He is a past chair of the ACEC-FL South Florida Water Management District Liaison Subcommittee.
