<br />He quantified the impervious and pervious areas for post and predevelopment. The project involves roadway plans, pavement marking and
<br />signing plans, utility coordination, drainage design and permitting. The improvements will require milling and resurfacing of the existing roadway
<br />and pavement widening to accommodate an on-road dedicated bicycle lane. The primary challenge for this project is accommodating the
<br />proposed sidewalks and bicycle lanes in a right-of-way constrained corridor.
