<br />Mr. Rossi is a Senior Project Surveyor with more than four decades of surveying and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) expe rience. His principal areas of experience include surveys such as

<br />Project Surveyor: The project consisted of the reconstruction of existing natural turf fields at Pelican Community Park and Senator Gwen
<br />Margolis Park in the City of Sunny Isles Beach with artificial turf. Miller Legg provided the preparation and permitting of drainage plans to
<br />collect under the new drain systems installed as part of the project, as well as surveying services. In addition, construction observation was
<br />provided to verify compliance with the plans and for the certification of the project throu gh regulatory agencies.

<br />Project Surveyor: Renovations of Rolling Oaks Regional Park include construction of a new one-story 4,000 SF recreation building,
<br />renovated restroom facilities, expansion of walking trail with lighting, distance marker, and exerc ise stations, new pavilions, new parking
<br />lot, refurbished basketball and tennis courts, new fencing, new shaded playgrounds, new landscaping and irrigation, addition of horseshoe
<br />pits, sand volleyball, mini golf and splashpad, and video system and WIFI. Miller Legg is providing civil engineering, landscape architecture

<br />Project Surveyor: Miller Legg was retained to provide survey/SUE, design, construction plans, permitting and construction administration
<br />for a new shelter and connecting walkways at Devon Aire Park in Miami. The shelter will be used by all age groups and is anticipated to be
<br />an extension of the existing playground area. ADA-accessible picnic tables are proposed. Site preparation and earthwork to reshape
<br />existing berms are also specified and detailed in the construction documents. Also included is the relocation of trees and the restoration
<br />of all areas, including walkways and lawns, which may be damaged during the construction process.

<br />Project Surveyor: The Miami-Dade Co. Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department embarked on a program of obtaining topographic
<br />surveys on a number of County Parks. Miller Legg assisted at Matheson Hammock Park in Coral Gables as part of a mangrove trail
<br />renovation project. The firm prepared a survey of the existing trail from Old Cutler Road to the Park east parking lot exit. The survey
<br />located and established a survey baseline along the center line, located above ground features at intervals, inner edges of m angrove roots,
<br />side gravel entrances and elevations at intervals. This deliverable was provided to meet a tight PROS Department deadline.
