26 | IA INTERIOR ARCHITECTS <br />Quanta is IA’s Saltmine cloud-based software platform <br />that enables layout configurations to be stored, designed <br />with, and validated against program requirements, includ- <br />ing staff and departmental counts. Elements are brought <br />into Revit in the defined layout, thus streamlining the plan- <br />ning and design phases. <br />Unifi is our online container for storing standards/guide- <br />lines, including furniture, equipment, materials, and typi- <br />cal design layouts. Regular Revit workflow involves utiliz- <br />ing Unifi as a “single point of truth,” ensuring consistency <br />among each client's projects. <br />VISUALIZATION <br />IA has the ability to produce accurate renderings, created <br />from the same model that all design documentation is har- <br />vested in, throughout the design process. This technology <br />allows us to share proposed designs with clients and stake- <br />holders much earlier in the development process, as well <br />as make more efficient updates, enabling more time for <br />fine-tuning while also sparking more constructive discus- <br />sions and quicker decision-making. <br />Enscape Cloud Rendering enables rapid 3D visual- <br />izations directly from Revit in the form of still renderings. <br />Various renderings levels are available based on pricing, <br />from gray scale wire frames to photorealistic representa- <br />tions of furniture, materials, and both natural and artificial <br />lighting. <br />PROJECT APPROACH & UNDERSTANDING <br />DESIGN INTELLIGENCE
