In the absence of special provisions in other Sections of the Specifications, salvage <br />materials, equipment or supplies that occur are the property of the CITY and shall be <br />cleaned and stored as directed by the ENGINEER. <br />B. All excavated materials needed for backfilling operation shall be stored on site.
