Right-of-Way/Easements
The Combined Easement Plan image on the previous page shows the three easements already acquired
from the Winston Towers property on the west side of Collins Avenue. The right-of-way line is the back of
sidewalk along 174th Street and Collins Avenue. The permanent easement is a 40 x 60-foot area (blue)
with a temporary construction easement (grey) on the west and south side. There is a 12-foot utility
easement strip (orange) to the north approaching 174th Street.
Utilities
The primary objective of the utility
coordination process is to identify and resolve
all known utility conflicts and reduce the risk to
the Bridge Park schedule and budget. Our
subconsultant, F.R. Aleman possesses a vast
knowledge of the requirements, issues, and
processes associated with the coordination and disposition of utilities during the design process. This
knowledge avoids delays associated with conflicts.
According to Sunshine State One-Call Report (as tabulated below) and our preliminary utility outreach,
12 utilities have been identified as being present within the project boundaries.
Sunshine State One-Call Data
