D-39 RFQ 20-10-01 Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for Pedestrian Bridge with Park Elements Across A1A at 174th St. CCNA D Bridge Concept Development Design Development and 30% Plans Team; City staff, personnel, and departments; as well as permitting and jurisdictional agencies. Verbal and written communication will be precisely documented and properly filed. The EAC Team relations approach includes: • Coordination with the City of Sunny Isles Beach - Partnership will be fostered between our team and the City, and this will be reflected in the delivered product as well as the perception of the service provided. • Coordination with the Community (Residents and Stakeholders) - The EAC Team has extensive experience providing public outreach on infrastructure projects for municipalities in Miami-Dede County. We will coordinate with the City to use the City’s social media and publications to keep residents informed. • Coordination with the Project Team - As a team, we have in place both an internal and external communications plan which allows for secure transfer of information, project knowledge, data, and relevant feedback - allowing for successful coordination on all work order assignments. The tools include virtual meetings (until further notice due to COVID-19), face- to-face meetings as needed, e-mails, conference calls, and the use of shared file spaces such as our SharePoint sites. Project Milestones and Deliverables The EAC Team will focus on implementing all the tasks outlined below - utilizing an efficient, results-oriented approach that has worked on our prior professional service agreement contracts. We will design the project using FDOT Design Plans and Standards, Miami- Dade County Standards, City of Sunny Isles Beach Codes, and Resolutions and Ordinances and State of Florida Building Codes - to best achieve the project goal of providing a safe pedestrian bridge park that accommodates pedestrian, bicyclist, and traffic needs, while improving access to businesses and properties.
