<br />Client: Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Role: Senior Drainage Engineer. Senior Drainage Engineer responsible for technical assistance and quality
<br />reviews relating to the design of stormwater management facilities, open and closed conveyance systems, plans production, and preparation of
<br />the Drainage Design Documentation Report. This Design-Build project included the design, widening and reconstruction of the HEFT (SR 821)
<br />and Campbell Drive (SW 312th Street), in Miami-Dade County, to accommodate future needs for capacity, operational and safety
<br />improvements. The project contained a new westbound Campbell Drive to northbound HEFT interchange ramp, widening of the existing
<br />southbound HEFT off-ramp to two-lanes, widening of the HEFT to accommodate the ramp improvements, ITS, noise walls and drainage
<br />improvements. The project also had lighting, signal and turn lane improvements on Campbell Drive, upgrades to the bridge approaches
<br />guardrail, column strengthening at Campbell Drive overpass bridges, and replacement of the existing aluminum railing on all existing bridges.
