PEDELTA <br />Sunny Isles. This budget will be reviewed at the 60% submittal and at the 100% submittal and will be <br />provided through an Earned Value Curve Projection. Pedelta will bring a hands-on know how of its personnel <br />with extensive construction experience and project management to assist the Owner with cost control and <br />budget projections throughout the construction process. <br />Andrea Travani, with his sound Project Management background earned in managing construction FDOT <br />jobsites in Florida but also all over the US and internationally, will supervise this process. Andrea's approach <br />will be practical but at the same time proving the Owner with the highest engineering quality delivered <br />together with a laser focus on construction safety. <br />DETAILED PROJECT APPROACH <br />The Design Team is energetically committed to an open-minded and inclusive collaborative technical approach <br />to provide the engineering services to meet the City of Sunny Isles expectations with timely and cost-effective <br />solutions.
