Technology Plans <br />The technology plans identify the responsibilities, recovery tasks, detailed logistics and action <br />items vital to recovering the critical applications and network infrastructure that supports our <br />business units. <br />Emergency Response Plans <br />The emergency response plans identify the responsibilities and action items required for initial <br />response to incidents and focus on preservation of life and safety of WEX employees and clients, <br />as well as, the safeguarding of physical and information assets. <br />Corporate Incident Management System (IMS) <br />By allocating resources and providing a standardized incident management structure for all <br />affected locations, the IMS identifies the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) responsibilities and <br />activities that will assist the crisis management and recovery teams throughout the recovery <br />effort. The responsibilities and tasks contained in the IMS are performed at the designated EOC. <br />Crisis Communications Plan (CCP) <br />The crisis communications plan provides procedures for the management and coordination of <br />communications within WEX and externally to WEX clients and external stakeholders. <br />Pandemic Plan <br />The WEX Pandemic Plan lays out the strategic approach and preparations for influenza or other <br />infectious disease pandemic. The plan is designed to minimize the risk to the health and safety of <br />WEX employees and customers and ensure the continuity of business operations. <br />The plan includes recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and includes <br />tactics for addressing workforce and facility impairment, notification of employees, and clients in <br />the event of plan activation. <br />Support Plans <br />The support plans identify the responsibilities and recovery tasks required to provide emergency <br />travel, financial, human resource, damage assessment, and salvage activities. <br />Evaluation AND TESTING <br />Summary <br />WEX will evaluate organizational resilience plans, procedures and capabilities through periodic <br />assessments, testing, After Action Reports (AAR), performance evaluations and exercises. <br />Monitoring and Measurement <br />WEX will establish, implement and maintain performance metrics and procedures to monitor and <br />measure, on a regular basis, characteristics of its operations that have a material impact on its <br />performance, including partnership and supply chain relationships. The procedure shall include <br />documenting of information to monitor performance, applicable operational controls, and <br />conformity with the organization's organizational resilience objectives. <br />MASTER AGREEMENT No. 00819 - FLEET CARD SERVICES PAGE 110 OF 138 <br />
