PUMP INSPECTIONS <br />Scope of work for routine inspections on pumps: <br />A Lubricate pump bearings as per manufacturers recommendations <br />B Lubricate motor bearings as per manufacturers recommendations <br />C Check packings or.mechanical seals and adjust as necessary <br />D Check pump sWEYs or VFO's / Assure electrical connections are. secure <br />E Check for -abnormal vibrations or noise <br />F Report system deficiencies with recommended improvements <br />G Check alternating run hours for pumps. Weekly run time should be about equal to prevent <br />unbalanced use on one pump. Check program <br />A Lubricate pump bearings per manufacturers recommondations <br />B Lubricate motor bearings per mam <br />nufacturers recomendations <br />C Check motor mounts and vibration pads <br />C Check motor mounts and vibration pads <br />E Meg Motor and check connections secure <br />F Operate pumps and check efficiency <br />G Check for abnormal vibrations or noise <br />H Report system deficiencies with recommended Impravemenls <br />(3) COOLING TOWER INSPECTIONS <br />Scope of work for routine Inspections, on cooling towers: <br />A Visually Inspect fan assembly <br />B Gear driven cooling tower fans: Check oil level in geamducer,.add oil as required <br />C Belt driven cooling lower fans: Check belt tension, adjust as 'necessary <br />D Check intake strainers, make up'water float assemblies, and overflows <br />E Check motor VFD's'lf applicable <br />F Report system deficlencies with recommended improvements <br />Scope of work for annual Inspections on cooling towers: <br />A Check tower spray nozzles and eliminators as required <br />B Clean Cooling tower once yearly and check for leaks 1 Includes Scaffolding <br />C Lubricate -fan and motor bearings per manufacturer recommendations <br />D Check voltages and amperages on motors, inspect and tighten all connections <br />Dissasemble, flush and clean filtration system <br />E Report system deficiencies with recommended improvements <br />
