FERREAMA To highlight the City's requirement on relevant experience and past performance, Ferreira offers in our proposal the following: 1. FPL Project Experience • Ferreira feels that it is important for the City to hire a contractor that has worked for utility owners like FPL and as such we provided a list of FPL projects completed by our South Florida operation that include our duct bank work as well as other relevant work. This table provides a quick review of a resume of projects that clearly provide evidence of our competencies and our proven experience in similar project environments. All of these projects were safely and timely completed by Ferreira. 2. Active Projects • We provide the City a list of all our active projects in the South Florida area. • The list includes projects that will soon be completed by Ferreira from which numerous resources will be available to be allocated to this Project. 3. Past Experience This table provides the City with a list of all our projects in South Florida. The projects listed provide the City with the assurance that Ferreira is a contractor that has experience in underground utility construction, including duct bank and manhole installations, in highly urban areas where maintenance of traffic, coordination with numerous agencies and utility owners, environmental sensible areas, and accelerated completion. 4. List of References • We provide a list of references to projects that highlight our experience in working in similar work environments as well as relevant scope of work. • The list of references includes contacts at Florida Power & Light such as Mr. Luis Garcia, CMC Leader in Miami -Dade for FPL, who can attest to our character and integrity.
