Provide operational management expertise, assessments, and technical <br />advice to project managers and staff. Prepare project and company budgets and financial projections. Serve <br />as primary liaison to the Client (New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection) and the State appointed <br />Project Management firm (Dewberry). <br />Project encompassed the following New Jersey counties: Ocean County, Atlantic County, Cape May County, <br />Cumberland County and Salem County. <br />Phase 1 <br />• Phase 1 of the Project entailed the use of aerial, side scan sonar, and visual survey, to locate and <br />identify all FEMA eligible debris; to which debris was to be removed via both land and water based <br />assets to include self - loading trucks, self- loading barges, scout vessels, support vessels, tug/push boats, <br />and other assorted equipment. Debris removal required pre - coordination with consideration of <br />environmental restriction zones and historic artifact review utilizing reports from field investigators, GIS <br />and Arc -GIS mapping systems, and KMZ file extrapolations. <br />Phase 2 <br />• Phase 2 of the Project entails identification and mapping of shoaling utilizing scout boat depth findings <br />and bathometric scanning. The results of which were used for quantifying sediment shoaling and <br />mapping potenfial areas for sediment removal. <br />• Site specific plans for outfalls, marinas, and Department of Transportation waterway channels were <br />developed to: present sediment findings, develop means and methods for sediment removal and identify <br />dewatering methods and final disposal locations and techniques. <br />Operations Management: <br />• Day to Day review of active field equipment and assets for contractual obligations, program <br />management, productivity and efficiency <br />• Weekly review of personnel for assigned area of operations, productivity, efficiency, and adherence to <br />policies, procedures and protocols. <br />• Weekly development of project financial budget and projections <br />• weekly review and approval of all project billings and invoices <br />• Weekly updates and approval of overall project schedule. <br />2011-2013 <br />Haiti Recovery Group, Operations Manager <br />Serve as overall manager of company operations, projects, financials, payroll, and personnel. Create and <br />implement company strategic goals, policies, procedures, and operations. Provided operational and <br />construction management expertise, assessments, and technical advice to project managers and staff. <br />Prepared project and company budgets and financial projections. <br />2010-2011 <br />General Services Administration, Building Manager <br />Served as a technical specialist - advisor for all construction, mechanical, safety and other building service <br />related needs. Manage, evaluate and implement building operations, maintenance, repairs, safety, energy <br />conservafion and management programs to achieve customericlient requirements, satisfaction, and <br />efficiencies. Served as an advocate for investment in assigned buildings in a way that realizes and optimizes <br />building condition, systems, equipment, operating efficiency, etc., while accounting for customer and revenue <br />values. <br />2008- 2009 <br />Jones Lang LaSalle, Project Manager <br />Managed overall project schedule, billings, and client/customer relations. Responsible for project planning, <br />design development, budget and schedule development, procurement, general contractor process, <br />construction, occupancy and project dose -out. Conducted project and budget tracking utilizing OneView <br />Projects, OneView Tracker, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Project, and Excel. <br />2007- 2008 <br />Yale University, Associate Director of Construction Management <br />Assisted in the development of construction execution strategies. Provided construction management expertise, <br />assessments, and technical advice to planners and project managers. Assisted in the restructuring of the <br />Contract Administration department. Lead Construction Executive meetings for assigned projects. <br />1998 -2007 <br />Dimeo Construction Co., Project Manager <br />Managed overall project schedule, billings, and customer /owner relations. Directed subcontractor coordination, <br />relations and general construction progress. Prepared and maintained the project construction development <br />schedule.
