<br />New Jersey — October 2012 — Present - Hurricane Sandy
<br />Program Management — Construction Quality Control for field operation with a focus on management of
<br />temporary debris management sites throughout the state. Implemented and communicated Site - specific Safety
<br />and Health Plan in the field. Identification, vetting, hiring and supervision of local and non -local subcontractors.
<br />Coordination with State and Federal stakeholders including, Ocean County New Jersey, FEMA and other local
<br />municipal Department of Public Works. Site safety inspections and tool -box safety meetings facilitated regularly.
<br />Reconciliation of field operations data utilizing manual (paper) and ADMS systems.
<br />Haiti, 2010 Earthquake
<br />Business Development - Research and locate new business opportunities, respond to RFP, RFQ and
<br />Expressions of Interest, craft proposals, advise and liaise with stakeholders including USAID, UNOPS, UNDP,
<br />IFRC, Clinton Foundation, the Government of Haiti of others. Created winning 5M USD bid (UNDP). Research
<br />and locate new business opportunities respond to RFP, RFQ, and Expressions of Interest, craft proposals,
<br />advise and liaise with stakeholders including USAID, UNOPS, UNDP, IFRC, Clinton Foundation, the
<br />Government of Haiti of others. Created winning $5M USD bid (UNDP).
<br />Operations Management — Design, implementation and management of projects totaling 15M USD in and
<br />throughout Haiti including Part -Au -Prince, Leogane (Earthquake epicenter). Lead for Construction Quality
<br />Control, safety and ADMS for debris collection. Identified personnel, procedures, and control methods to ensure
<br />contractual compliance.

<br />CHF International, Haiti
<br />Operations Manager. Implemented and managed $410 USD USAID funded project which included employment
<br />and training of local staff. Timely and complete reporting of project progress and financials to USAID. Project
<br />resulted in the removal and disposal of over 270,000 cubic meters of Earthquake debris.
<br />2008 —2009
<br />Agency for Cooperation and Technical Development, NIvanmar
<br />Program Director. Following Cyclone Nargis in 2008, designed and managed the following disaster recovery
<br />projects: 600 Hurricane/Earthquake resistant shelters, 36 river jetties, 15 river bridges, 200 fishing boats, water
<br />storage and distribution and vocational training programs. Presented project proposals to stakeholders including
<br />USAID, OFDA, DFID, ECHO, NRC and others.

<br />Sequoia Lake Conference of VNICAs, Sequoia Lake, CA
<br />Property Manager. Responsible management of 900acre YMCA camp and all facilities. Scheduling and
<br />management of capital improvement, and maintenance projects liaising with vendors, supervising employees,
<br />reporting to Facility Director.
<br />2005— 2007
<br />Sierra Forge & Fire, Exeter, CA
<br />Program Director. Set -up of 15,000 sq. ft. blacksmith/fabrication school. Sourced and procured materials and
<br />equipment. Responsible for training employees, design and management of programs. Created bids and
<br />proposals for residential and commercial projects.
<br />2005
<br />Project Galle 2005, Sri Lanka
<br />Following the 2004 tsunami in Sri Lanka, created transitional.shelter project proposal which received full funding
<br />Set -up prefabrication factory for the manufacture of 600 transitional shelters. Managed construction of shelters
<br />hired and trained workers, reported to stakeholders. Interacted directly with intemational donors including DFID,
<br />ECHO and NRC, worked closely with the Government of Sri Lanka concerning land tenure issues.
