As you review our workload summary below <br />you will see several projects that are in the construction phase and nearing completion this year. This allows us to <br />start shifting our resources over the next three months to add a new design project such as yours. Based on our work <br />schedule, this is a perfect opportunity for our office. Our current workload will allow us to start immediately on <br />your project. If you have any questions <br />and/or require additional information, please call. <br />Martin County Fire Stations #14 & #18, Florida <br />CPZ Architects completed construction documents for Martin County new <br />Fire Stations #14 & #18. Fire Station 14 is located on Hutchinson Island <br />and Fire Station 18 is in a Residential area in Martin County, Florida. The <br />12,389 sf. 1-story facility consists of 3 bays, 10 dormitories, gym, bunker <br />gear room, quiet room, offices, scuba, shop, decon and a commercial grade <br />kitchen. The same prototype station was used in two separate locations as <br />a means of savings on Design and Construction costs for the County. <br />Design of both new stations reflects the Key West style Architecture predominant in <br />the adjacent residential neighborhoods at both locations. <br />Phase: CA Cost: $5.1 million Completion: September 2022 <br />Broward County West Regional Court House Phase II Renovation <br />CPZ Provided Architectural Services for the phase II Renovations. This includes <br />General design of the interior office spaces clerk of court Civil and Marriage. <br />Prepared 100% construction document and specification. CPZ Architects is currently <br />working with Broward County to renovate the clerk of the court offices and public <br />spaces at the West Regional Courthouse in Plantation. We are improving traffic <br />pattern and workflow of the space. The new layout addresses many of these issues by <br />designing open office space that is easily accessible to all employees and providing <br />each department with immediate access to support areas for better flow. Waiting areas have <br />been expanded and enlarged for a better user experience. Phase: CD’s Completion: 2022 <br />City of Coral Springs Fire Station #64 <br />In 2005 CPZ Architect’s completed a renovation of Fire Station 64. The project involved the <br />compete remodeling of the Fire Station to provide an up-to-date Fire Station and more <br />importantly improve the functionality of the station. The design and construction documents <br />were developed into a two-phase project, allowing the Fire Station to maintain its operation <br />during the construction process. A temporary modular dormitory was installed on site to <br />provide temporary living quarters during the construction process. In 2020 CPZ Architect’s <br />was selected to design the new Fire Station. The project will require the demolition of the existing building. The <br />project will include the design of a new, single story fire station of approximately 8,000 square feet and all site <br />work. The structure may include 3 bays, 8 bunkrooms, 3 unisex bathrooms, an exercise room, 2 offices, alarm room, <br />day room, commercial kitchen, dining area, storage space, laundry facilities, backup power (with redundant plug). <br />The station is planned to be built approximately 1000 feet North of the current structure. Once the new structure is <br />complete and operational the existing station is to be demolished and restored as part of the adjoining park (Kiwanis <br />Park). CPZ Architects completed both Coral Springs new Fire Stations #43 & #95. The same prototype station <br />was used in two separate locations as a means of savings on Design and Construction costs for the city. It is the <br />City of Coral Springs intent to substantially match the design for the two before mentioned stations. <br />Phase: Permit Scheduled Construction Completion: December 2022
