Zimmerman, AIA has provided services to many <br />local municipalities and counties in Florida. With over 38 years of experience, he has the passion and dedication <br />to assure you will receive a quality project. Chris Zimmerman provided programming and feasibility studies on <br />numerous municipal projects over his career. Chris will work personally with City Staff on all phases of this <br />project as he has worked on the city side of his career. Chris has worked for the City of Fort Lauderdale and <br />was a previous Council Member for the City of Plantation. Chris ‘s knowledge with working in the municipal <br />government sector will bring a strong knowledge base for your project of programming and feasibility study. <br /> <br />Chris’s client-focused commitment to project success – from precise documentation of measurable client goals <br />and objectives, building code verification and project planning, to fully detailed construction documents, <br />through final punch list – has earned him the reputation as a quality architect in the Florida community. To his <br />design work, Chris also brings in-depth constructability knowledge and application to projects through his <br />certification as a general contractor, a faculty that assures his clients that his designs have been developed to be <br />economically buildable. <br /> <br />Jayson Hall has served as Senior Project Manager on many of CPZ Architects’ most significant projects. He <br />brings to his management role the commitment to not only meet, but anticipate and exceed, his client’s needs. <br />Jayson is very knowledgeable for the Sunny Isles Beach Needs Assessment and will be valued asset to the <br />project. Jayson’s record of meeting client goals for on time, in budget performance, combined with responsive <br />aesthetic and functional design solutions, has resulted in valued long-term relationships with both public and <br />private sector clients. As project manager, Jayson performs initial concept design, site planning, develops <br />construction documents, construction administration and final project close-out. His capabilities in all aspects of <br />architectural design include the creation of project concepts to detailing and coordinating construction <br />documents. Jayson’s skill in the project’s construction phase ensures timely response to contractor queries, <br />resolution of any issues, and completion of the facility in accordance with the plans and specifications. Jayson’s <br />project experience includes both new construction and existing facility renovations, as well as tenant interior <br />improvements and building upgrades. <br /> <br />Nikolas Marchan joined CPZ Architects as an Associate Level III Architect. His main responsibilities are to <br />provide architectural services ranging from preliminary design through construction administration for multiple <br />projects at one time. Nikolas manages all phases of a project from site plan approval through construction <br />administration. Nikolas serves as Project Manager on key CPZ Architects projects. He brings to his <br />management role the commitment to not only meet, but anticipate and exceed, his client’s needs. Nikolas’s <br />record of meeting client goals for on time, in budget performance, combined with responsive aesthetic and <br />functional design solutions, has resulted in valued long-term relationships with both public and private sector <br />clients. Lawrence (Larry) DeRose has more than 40 years of marine, <br />structural, and civil engineering consulting experience in South Florida with an emphasis on port, marine, <br />structural, land development, and terminal projects, from planning to construction certification. Larry’s <br />
