Larry as Owner of Derose Design Consultants <br />worked with CPZ Architects Coral Springs Public Safety Complex, Coral Springs, FL. Principal-in- <br />charge/structural engineer for the reconfiguration and structural hardening of an existing 60,000-square-foot <br />safety complex, located on a 7-acre site, that includes a new LEED-certified fire station building, police station, <br />two-story addition, and parking area. Services for the included structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, <br />plumbing, fire protection, and life safety engineering, as well as energy modeling and commissioning. <br /> <br />Ludovic Binner is a senior structural engineer with experience in structural design, wind frame analysis, <br />calculations, special inspections, and construction administration for projects in the United States and France. <br />He has worked on a variety of projects including multi-level hotels and resorts, educational facilities, <br />community centers, sports arenas, park facilities, performing arts buildings, and marine facilities structures. <br />Ludovic is experienced has experience as a project manager on both private and public sector work, leading <br />intensive coordination between engineering disciplines, consultants, and clients. <br /> <br />Our MEP Engineer is OCI Associates. Specific to this contract, the OCI team will be led by Sudharma <br />Wijegunawardana, PE, LEED AP, LC who is and will be the Project Manager and the Electrical Engineer of <br />Record. She will be supported by Jason Smith, PE, LEED AP BD+C who is a Certified Energy Manager and <br />will be looking for ways to reduce energy costs as the Mechanical Engineer of Record. Sudharma will lead the <br />teams’ efforts for complete design, specification, and construction administration of systems for heating- <br />ventilating-and-air conditioning (HVAC); electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm, security, <br />telecommunications, and information transport systems; plumbing systems including medical gases; and fire <br />protection systems. <br /> <br />Dan Jeffreys with CMS-Construction Management Services, Inc. (CMS) is comprised of a special blend of <br />technical talents unique to both the Architectural/Engineering and General Contracting professions of today. <br />Located in Broward County since its inception, CMS’s staff has been providing Construction (Project/Program) <br />Management/Owners’ Representative and Cost Estimating/Cost Consulting services in the Tri-County area to <br />both public and private sectors—including governmental agencies such as cities, counties, school districts, and <br />airports throughout the state of Florida—and performing its services with an impeccable track record. For the <br />past several years, CMS has been providing Cost Control/Estimating Services for a multitude of projects for the <br />Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport’s expansion/modernization program. We, at CMS, consider <br />our approach to Cost Control/Estimating to be of utmost importance in maintaining a project within the required <br />budgetary constraints. Our multi-disciplined staff consists of individuals with years of experience and various <br />degrees ranging from Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Quantity Surveying to Business.
