COM

Cost Control Techniques
Schedule Control – Our Firm works with our clients to determine the project schedule at the start of the
project to include the Design Phase, Permitting Submittals, and estimated construction phase. We then create
an electronic schedule that can be maintained throughout the project. This schedule is reviewed at the
completion of each phase of the project. If the project falls behind schedule, we determine what is required to
bring the project back on schedule and make the necessary revisions. We can add additional people to the
project, extend work hours or both if these methods will expedite the project. Other scheduling solutions may
include changing the sequence of activities to maintain the project moving to completion.

(Your Project)
Tract “A” 18,277 SQ FT
Tract “B” 26,466 SQ FT
Tract “C” 98,399 SQ FT
Possible Conceptual Site Layout
• New Construction
• Parking Structure
• Renovation

Note: Possible Conceptual
Layout shown is a conceptual
diagram to show we understand
scope based on RFP.
