He <br />established planning and zoning practices that continue to guide the Town’s orderly growth and development. <br />Indiantown Land Development Regulations: Assisted in the preparation of the Village’s first Land Development Regulations. He <br />is currently assisting in establishing planning and zoning practices that will guide the Village’s orderly growth and development. <br />Zoning, Land Development and Reviews: As on-call planner Mr. David has assisted in authoring Codes and Amendments, reviewing <br />large- and small-scale development projects, providing expert testimony and completing special projects for: Homestead, Cutler <br />Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, West Miami, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Doral, Miami Springs, Opa-Locka, Biscayne <br />Park, North Miami, North Miami Beach, North Bay Village, Indian Creek Village, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura and Indiantown. <br />OTHER MUNICIPAL SERVICES <br />Water Supply Plans and Updates: Mr. David authored Water Supply Plans and/or subsequent Updates pursuant to state statutes <br />to strengthen the links between regional water supply plans and comprehensive plans. Plans and Updates have been prepared <br />for: Key West, Homestead, Cutler Bay, South Miami, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Doral, Miami Springs, Opa-Locka, Biscayne Park, <br />North Miami, Indian Creek Village, Sunny Isles Beach, Tamarac, Manalapan, Highland Beach, Lake Park and Royal Palm Beach. <br />102
