With four soccer fields and four baseball fields, this park is well utilized by Weston residents as well as the high school. Special detailing of the edges of the fields were designed to address the clay and sod areas by creating header curbs to separate those areas. The design, construction documents and construction administration was provided by CGA. Cost: $5.5 Million. 2009 kane Concourse Beautification Bay Harbour Islands, Florida Landscape Architect: Responsible for the oversight of hardscape and planting of streetscape improvements for the Town’s business district, including street furnishings, wayfinding, and irrigation. 2010 N/A Delray Beach Ne 2nd Avenue Delray Beach, Florida As a subconsultant to Wantman Engineering, CGA provided professional services for Landscape Architecture and Electrical Engineering Streetscape enhancements were provided from Lake Ida Rd. to George Bush Blvd. Decorative street lighting as well as date palms were designed to complement the historic neighborhood of Delray Beach. 2016 Delray Beach SW 2nd Street Delray Beach, Florida As a subconsultant to Wantman Engineering, CGA coordinated the bulb-out locations with the Civil Engineer. Roundabouts were developed for Traffic Calming. Landscape Streetscape enhancements provided beautification in the South West neighborhood. The project extended from Swinton to SW 15th Avenue. Construction Cost: $408,000 2014 Sombrero Beach Park Marathon, Florida CGA redesigned the park to expand its programming for recreational uses, enhance its environmental condition as a turtle nesting habitat, and provide new on-site amenities that were sensitive to the architectural character of the Florida Keys. The redesign for the park expanded the program for the park to include extensive, walkable circuits for pedestrian use, children’s playground and play equipment, restroom facilities, new gateway and controlled access features, added picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and multiple-use open public spaces that lend themselves to the personalization of the park by the visitors.
