BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />The City of Hallandale Beach is conducting an enhancement project along Atlantic Shores Boulevard between US1 and Diplomat <br />Parkway. Fabian served as project manager and lead facilitator for phase I of this project, which includes a context assessment, <br />identification of needs and challenges, and the development and evaluation of concept alternatives. The goal of this planning <br />effort is to improve the infrastructure and safety for all users of the street, as well as enhance the aesthetics and sense of place <br />on Atlantic Shores Blvd. To achieve this goal, the team focused on developing conceptual section and plan alternatives for th e <br />corridor that respond to community concerns and existing issues. Through this process, the intent was to build in formed <br />consensus within the community on the desired alternative and develop a plan for implementation that is supported by the <br />community and the City. Phase I for this project was completed during the Spring of 2020. Fabian De La Espriella worked on the <br />Atlantic Shores Vision Plan prior to founding Urbe Studio. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
