<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 22-03-01 23 <br /> <br />SECTION 4 <br />EVALUATION PROCESS <br /> <br />4.1 REVIEW OF PROPOSALS FOR RESPONSIVENESS <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation: that includes all documentation, submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. <br /> <br />4.2 CRITERIA <br /> <br />Proposals shall be evaluated by the following criteria: <br /> <br />1. References/Experience/Qualifications of Proposing Firm, Company or <br />Individual (20%) <br />a. Provide a minimum of three (3) trade/supplier references, current (within the last <br />five years) including telephone/fax numbers, complete and current addresses, contact <br />person(s), and length of contract. Complete business and trade references shall be <br />submitted on the forms provided. <br />b. Provide chronological listing of any event centers or public recreation facilities which <br />have been managed by your organization. This list must provide the name, dates, <br />and locations for all. <br />c. Describe type of business (i.e. proprietorship, partnership, corporation, non-profit <br />charitable organization). <br />d. Describe years in business, changes in ownership, and any other information the <br />proposer may wish to supply to demonstration financial responsibility. <br />e. Include audited financial statement including balance sheet for the most recent <br />Fiscal year or provide sufficient information to indicate the financial stability of the <br />vendor, including reference from the vendor’s current financial institution. The <br />company must clearly demonstrate that it has the experience, financial stability, and <br />manpower required to adequately provide Services required. <br />2. Quality/Creative Style (10%) <br />a. Provide a listing of recent events held within the past 60 months. Please provide <br />specific details: dates, locations, number of attendees, marketing, theme, photos, etc. <br />3. Qualification of Staff/Event Management (20%) <br />a. Identify the proposed General Manager or Coordinator for the services <br />contemplated in this proposal. This would be the City’s primary point of contact for <br />the services. List the individual’s credentials, prior experience promoting and <br />managing similar event centers, and provide a detailed resume for the individual. <br />b. Provide a description of the team structure that would be used to provide the <br />Services. Describe each staff member’s credentials and qualifications. List all previous <br />and current assignments similar to those in this RFP which have been satisfactorily <br />completed or are currently ongoing by the proposer.
