<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 22-04-01 11 <br /> <br />2.2 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS) <br /> <br />a. The Prime Contractor shall hold the proper license in the State of Florida to perform the <br />Scope of Work set forth within this solicitation to include being registered as an Electrical <br />Contractor with the State of Florida along with registration to conduct business in the <br />State of Florida in all required disciplines. <br /> <br />b. The Prime Contractor or sub-contractor firm and/or staff must be licensed with an FDOT <br />MOT certification. Provide name of FDOT MOT certificate holder. <br /> <br />c. Proposing Firm must have been awarded Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor and <br />successfully performed two (2) projects of similar or greater size, scope and complexity <br />to the specifications of the RFP within the last five (5) years. Contractor must state if they <br />were the sub-contractor. <br /> <br />d. Contractor shall provide reference letters for no less than two (2) projects in which <br />Contractor served as Prime Contractor for projects similar in size and scope. Please note <br />that at least one of the references must be for the same projects in response to MQR C <br />above. <br /> <br />2.3 NON-MANDATORY VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br /> <br />A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for the time and location shown <br />herein on THURSDAY, APRIL 14, 2022 AT 2:30 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). It is not <br />mandatory that Firms attend the pre-proposal conference. No claim of ignorance by the firm of <br />conditions that exist, or that may hereinafter exist as a result of failure to make the necessary <br />examinations or investigations or failure to fulfill in every detail the requirements of the contract <br />documents, will be accepted as basis for varying the requirements of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Prior to initiating
