Lightning protection calculations. <br />15. Preparation of an engineered systems code analysis. <br />16. Witness field testing of equipment such as fire pumps, hydrant flow tests, AHUs, and exhaust systems. <br />17. Factory witness testing of equipment for switchgear, generators, and other equipment. <br />18. Electrical load reading (provided by owner) <br />19. Design of process piping systems. <br />20. Attendance at weekly 0/A/C meetings. <br />PROPOSED FEE (LUMP SUM) <br />We propose to provide Professional Engineering Services for the aforementioned scope of work as follows: <br />Design <br />TOTALservice <br />$18.500 <br />Permitting <br />$1,100 <br />Bidding <br />$1,100 <br />Construction Administration <br />$6,500 <br />Total $27,200 <br />Lump Sum Fee for Engineering and Construction Administration $27,200 (Twenty -seven -Thousand- Two- Hundred <br />Dollars) <br />Invoicing will be made monthly on a percentage of completion basis. <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />Reimbursable expenses are not included in our total fee and would be invoiced at 1.00 times out-of-pocket <br />expenditures, such as the following: <br />• Printing and reproduction costs. <br />Delivery services. <br />Invoicing will be made monthly on a percentage of completion basis. <br />STANDARD OF CARE <br />Our services will be performed by appropriately qualified, experienced, and trained staff and by or under the responsible <br />control and/or supervision of appropriately licensed professional engineers. We will perform our services in <br />accordance with the degree of skill and care exercised by professional firms performing services similar to those of this <br />proposal under similar conditions. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you.
